Air Force officers earn Cheney Award
Air Force Vice Chief of Staff Gen. Duncan J. McNabb presents Maj. Daniel Roesch the Cheney Award for actions in southern Afghanistan. The Cheney Award is presented each year in memory of 1st Lt.
