Airmen help Afghans stand up flight medicine clinic
Two Afghan national army air corps medical technicians load a litter into the back of a medical vehicle Oct. 20 at Kabul International Airport, Afghanistan. The litter was used during a training exercise in which a patient was floor loaded onto an AN-32 cargo plane. The training keeps the medical staff here proficient in the skills needed to do their jobs. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Brian Ferguson)
