Panjshir Provincial Reconstruction Team member Tech. Sgt. Michael Downey analyzes a blocking maneuver by a member of the Afghan National Police Aug. 6. The security forces Airman traveled with other PRT members to the Anaba district of Panjshir Province, Afghanistan, to provide training to the ANP.
