Medical symposium strengthens ties in Kirkuk
Col. Tama Van Decar, commander of the 506th Expeditionary Medical Squadron, talks with the deputy director general of Kirkuk's Ministry of Health, Dr. Burham, and another local Iraqi physician July 22 during a medical symposium at Kirkuk Regional Air Base, Iraq.
