AIR FORCE PHOTOS

No easy day at the pool

Staff Sgt. Benjamin Rosciglione, 374th Operations Support Squadron Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape specialist, shows Staff Sgt. Wilma Alvarez, 36th Airlift Squadron loadmaster, how to control a one-man life raft during during water survival refresher training recently at the Natatorium Indoor Pool. SERE technicians teach the course to aircrew members at least once every three years. The training is especially important for Yokota aircrews, who routinely fly long distances over large bodies of water in the Pacific Rim. (U.S. Air Force photo/Osakabe Yasuo)
