Airman hooks up fuel hose to F-22 Raptor
Airman 1st Class Alexander Chisholm hooks up a fuel hose to an F-22 Raptor Sept. 1, 2009, at Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska. Base members began using Plus 100 additive in their JP-8 aviation fuel Sept. 1. The additive helps prevent buildup in F-15 Eagle and F-22 Raptor engines; therefore it will reduce the amount of maintenance needed on those engines. Airman Chisholm is assigned to the 525th Aircraft Maintenance Unit. (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman 1st Class Christopher Gross)
