Communications Airmen make the connection
Master Sgt. Mike Rosado tests a multi-band satellite-communications-capable tactical radio used for secure tactical communications near Al Asad Air Base, Iraq. The radio is used for contingency operations and can be used nearly anywhere on the earth's surface. Sergeant Rosado is deployed from the 305th Communications Squadron at McGuire Air Force Base, N.J., and is the NCO in charge of expeditionary radio with the 438th Air Expeditionary Group.
