Virginia Tech corps of cadets pay honors to one of their own
A contingent of cadets from Virginia Military Institute marched with the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets in honor of Cadet Matthew La Porte April 25. Cadet La Porte, a sophomore in Air Force ROTC Detachment 875 and the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets, was one of the 32 students and faculty killed during the shooting incident at the school April 16.
