Guam Guard members leave mark in Dili

Staff Sgt. Heracleo Escobar and Sapper Jordan Matthews build the outside borders of a sidewalk outside the national hospital July 16 in Dili, Timor Leste. Sergeant Escobar is a structures craftsman with the Guam Air National Guard's 254th RED HORSE Squadron at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. Sapper Matthews is a combat engineer with the Royal New Zealand Army's 2nd Fields Squadron.
