An F-22 Raptor pilot faces a rainy day of flying July 27 during Red Flag-Alaska at Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska. Red Flag is a field training exercise for U.S. coalition forces that provides joint offensive counter-air, interdiction close air support, and large force employment training in a simulated combat environment.
