RAIDR 21 memorial

These wreaths represent each of the six Airmen who were flying the B-52 Stratofortress -- call sign RAIDR 21 -- that crashed off the coast of Guam July 21, 2008. The wreaths were laid in front of the memorial July 20 during an unveiling ceremony at the Governor's Complex at Adelup Point in Hagatna, Guam. Family, friends and co-workers of RAIDR 21 along with members of the local Guam community honored the memory of the Airmen with the ceremony and the unveiling of the monument.
