RAIDR 21 memorial
Brig. Gen. Phil Ruhlman, commander of the 36th Wing at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, speaks about the dedication of the fallen RAIDR 21 aircrew July 20 during a memorial unveiling ceremony at the Governor's Complex at Adelup Point in Hagatna, Guam. Family, friends and co-workers of the B-52 Stratofortress aircrew -- call sign RAIDR 21 -- along with members of the local Guam community honored the memory of the Airmen with the ceremony and the unveiling of a memorial dedicated to them.
