C-130 maintenance unit gets much needed upgrade
"Shanty Town" began with three tents in January 2004 in Southwest Asia. Each rotation of maintainers added something new to the complex and it morphed into something different. The new upgraded complex will consist of five tents currently being built by the 379th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, that will approximately double the current square footage of the former facility.
