Tech. Sgt. Jon Turney, 15th Civil Engineer Squadron, jots notes about the location formerly known as Bldg. 2100 at Wake Island Sept 15. Super Typhoon Ioke, which swept through with 155 mph winds and 190 mph gusts Aug. 31, ripped away the building's walls and roof.
