Responders from various Italian fire and police departments and medical facilities joined those from the 31st Fighter Wing fire department, hospital and security forces at Aviano Air Base, Italy, for a mass accident exercise. The purpose of the exercise is to develop a seamless response capability between Italian and American emergency professionals. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Charlein Sheets)
