Newton III, deputy chief of staff for manpower and personnel, accepts an award on behalf of the Air Force May 29 at Howard University here, from Dean Jim Johnson of Howard University's College of Engineering, Architecture, and Computer Science, and Dr. Tyrone Taborn, CEO of Career Communications Group.
