Staff Sgt. William Bennett holds the U.S. and Iraqi flags at the stand-up ceremony for the Iraqi Air Force's 23rd Squadron at New Al Muthana Air Base, Iraq, Tuesday, March 7, 2006. The event culminated more than a year of training by U.S. Airmen with the Multinational Security Transition Command Coalition Air Force Transition Team.
