Buddy system
ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE, S.D. (AFPN) -- Senior Airmen Robert Ollquist and Matthew Pilch and Staff Sgt. Eric Utrecht use the buddy system to climb over the bar at the confidence course Feb. 8. This segment of Airman Leadership School is used to increase morale and promote teamwork. Airman Ollquist is assigned to the 28th Logistics Readiness Squadron, Airman Pilch with the 28th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, and Sergeant Utrecht with the 28th Mission Support Squadron.
