MANAS AIR BASE, Kyrgyzstan (AFPN) -- Airman 1st Class Scott Helton puts the finishing touches on a sewage pipe trench during the renovation of the 367th Air Expeditionary Wing headquarters here. The reconstruction would have cost $250,000 but the 367th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron Airmen are doing the work in-house for $50,000.
