WASHINGTON -- Capt. Jill Metzger runs in the Armed Forces Marathon Championship here. She finished with a time of 3 hours, 6 minutes and 39 seconds. She finished 149th out of 27,891 runners, and she was the 12th female to finish the race. The Captain is the 347th Military Personnel Flight commander at Moody Air Force Base, Ga.
