Baltic 'scramble'
SIALULIAI, Lithuania (AFPN) -- Capt. Matthew Reynolds (back), and Lt Col. David Youtsey (front), run to their alert fighters during a scramble exercise here. The 23rd EFS is participating in NATO's Baltic Air Policing mission, providing security over the skies of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
