BAGRAM AIR BASE, Afghanistan -- Senior Airman Paul Lefevre spreads freshly poured concrete onto the newest section of the aircraft parking ramp here. The concrete is being used by the 1st Expeditionary Red Horse Group from Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., to add an additional 60,000 square meters of aircraft ramp space as part of a $4.4-million airfield upgrade project.
