BAGRAM AIR BASE, Afghanistan -- Tech. Sgt. Adonis Padua takes a sample of concrete to test its structural integrity and quality. The 1st Expeditionary Red Horse Group from Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., is using the concrete to add an additional 60,000 square meters of aircraft ramp space here as part of a $4.4-million airfield upgrade.
