Spangdahlem's new airlift mission has room for expansion
SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany -- With about six weeks before the 726th Air Mobility Squadron starts airlift operations here, construction continues on its operations center. The unit's move coincides with the moving of airlift operations from nearby Rhein-Main Air Base as part of the Rhein-Main Transition Program. Another part of the Rhein-Main mission will move to nearby Ramstein Air Base. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Master Sgt. Keith Reed)
