Kadena medics gain knowledge while deployed
KADENA AIR BASE, Japan -- Capt. Raul Rubio (foreground) and Tech. Sgt. Heather Robertson load a mannequin inside a KC-135 Stratotanker during a training mission here. The Airmen are practicing "opportune aircraft" loading procedures. During the flight, they also simulated various medical training scenarios using the mannequin as a simulated patient. The Airmen are assigned to the 18th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron. (U.S. Air Force photo by Master Sgt. Val Gempis)
