Sega sworn in as undersecretary
WASHINGTON -- Dr. Ronald M. Sega, right, is sworn in as the new undersecretary of the Air Force by Gordon England, acting deputy secretary of defense, Aug. 4. Dr. Sega served in the Air Force as a fighter pilot and has more than 4,000 flying hours. He was also a NASA astronaut and served as a mission specialist on two space shuttle flights.
