The "Spirit" in Guam
ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- Airman 1st Class Shane E. White prepares to position a B-2 Spirit stealth bomber on the flightline here. The B-2 Spirits and more than 270 personnel from the 393rd Bomb Squadron are deployed here from the 509th Bomb Wing, Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo., in support of Pacific Command's continuous bomber presence in the Asia-Pacific region, enhancing regional security and the U.S. commitment to the Western Pacific.
