YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Tech. Sgt. Joseph Vazquez uses a close-combat optical sight to spot a target during training at the small arms firing range here. It is the primary sighting system for M4 assault rifle. Sergeant Vazquez and other combat arms Airmen ensure all base weapons are inspected and maintained at the optimal performance level.
