Manas Airmen handle transient surge
MANAS AIR BASE, Kyrgyzstan -- Soldiers catch up on sleep here Feb. 26. More than 1,500 transient troops made their way through the base Feb 22 to 26, pushing the base to a 190 percent occupancy rate.
