ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- Senior Airman Tyler J. Trease participates in a moment of silence on Feb. 16 for Air Force firefighter Staff Sgt. Ray Rangel on Feb. 16. Sergeant Rangel, 29, died while attempting to rescue two Soldiers trapped in a Humvee that overturned in a canal Feb. 13 while operating out of Balad Air Base, Iraq.
