VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Jesse James from the TV show "Monster Garage" straps himself into the Belly Tank Lakester. Cameras captured Mr. James and the car recently during several speed runs down the runway here for an upcoming show. The car was made out of a drop tank from an F-4 Phantom.
