Welcome to the North Pole

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. -- Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus and the elves greet a group of children with special needs or serious illness and their families as they arrive at the "North Pole" recently. The 25 children from Wisconsin "flew" to see Santa on a C-130 Hercules. Air Force Reserve Command's 934th Airlift Wing and the 96th Airlift Squadron at Minneapolis, Minn., were the sponsors of this seventh Operation Santa Claus mission.
