Increased C-130, C-17 flights relieve Army convoys
SOUTHWEST ASIA -- Capt. C.J. Charlton scans his instruments during a C-130 Hercules flight over Iraq. During the past month, Air Force C-130 and C-17 Globemaster III aircraft have increased airlift operations assisting Soldiers in getting needed armored vehicles, repair parts and ammunition to troops in Iraq.
