Maintainers make 'maintenance magic'
KARSHI-KHANABAD AIR BASE, Uzbekistan -- Staff Sgt. Michael Godbey changes a C-130 Hercules propeller in the snow here. Because the base's maintainers have no hangars for maintenance, repairs must be done when and where they are needed. Sergeant Godbey is a maintainer with the 416th Air Expeditionary Group here. Maintainers have helped the 744th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron maintain a 100 percent mission accomplishment rate for the past four months. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Matthew Rosine)
