NEAR DJIBOUTI, Djibouti -- Heavy equipment operators from the 823rd Expeditionary Red Horse Squadron level 10 miles of the Hol Hol road, which connects the town of Hol Hol with Djibouti City. The squadron is based at Hurburt Field, Fla., and is assisting the Combined Joined Task Force -- Horn of Africa to establish a secure environment and enable regional stability.
