Airfield manager flies U.S. flag for Afghan children's aid
BAGRAM AIR BASE, Afghanistan -- Barry McKelvy prepares to fly a U.S. flag for a contributor of the 455th Air Expeditionary Wing's flag-flying program. The program coordinator flies flags here in honor of family and friends. Their donations are used to provide supplies for local orphans. Mr. McKelvy is an airfield manager here.
