Italians, Americans work together in mass casualty exercise
ROVEREDO IN PIANO, Italy -- Firefighters extinguish a car fire during a mass casualty exercise held in a shopping district here Sept. 13. The exercise, which simulated a terrorist attack, involved Airmen from nearby Aviano Air Base and Italian authorities, and allowed them to practice and strengthen their emergency response skills together.
