Loader up
SOUTHWEST ASIA -- Staff Sgt Christopher Hood (left) and Senior Airman Nathan Keller adjust an ammunition loader at a forward-deployed location. It is used to load 20 mm ammunition into F-15 Eagle and F-16 Fighting Falcon internal gun systems and can hold enough ammunition for about three aircraft. Environmental conditions in the desert require Airmen from the armament flight to inspect the loader every 45 days. Sergeant Hood is deployed from Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, N.C., and Airman Keller is from the 122nd Fighter Wing at Fort Wayne Air National Guard Base, Ind. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt.
