ITHACA, Guyana -- Staff Sgt. Veronica Rios prepares a shot for a local boy with a serious skin infection. The free medical treatment was provided at Ithaca Hospital in support of exercise New Horizons 2004-Guyana here July 2. The joint service training is co-sponsored by the U.S. Southern Command in Miami, Fla., and the Guyana Defense Force.
