Recalled officer retires -- again
WASHINGTON -- Lt. Col. Theron Sims and his wife, Bonnie, look at a Cuban Missile Crisis display at the Pentagon. Colonel Sims, who is on terminal leave for the second time, first joined the military as an enlisted Marine in 1962.
