Falcon upgrades

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany -- Airman 1st Class Ricky Cline (foreground) and Staff Sgt. Hunter McCubbins (background) break screws from the panels of an F-16 Fighting Falcon that was part of the common configuration implementation program here April 21. The six-month, $232,000,000 upgrade was used to enhance the avionics and electronics of the aircraft here.
