ROYAL AIR FORCE MILDENHALL, England -- Airman 1st Class Stephanie Ambler inserts vials of blood into a centrifuge to separate plasma from red blood cells here April 13. The blood came from donors during a monthly blood drive. Once testing is complete, the blood will be used locally within 42 days. Airman Ambler is assigned to the 48th Medical Support Squadron.
