Great idea!
DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. -- Senior Airman Charissa Gayou adjusts the voltage on the power supply of a receiver-transmitter. She received $10,000 through the Innovative Development through Employee Awareness program for her suggestion to change a technical order concerning the packaging of radar antennas. The idea saved the Department of Defense more than $475,000 in 2003. She is assigned to the 355th Component Maintenance Squadron here. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Lanie McNeal)
