The hook up
BAGHDAD, Iraq -- Sarah Izet and Airman 1st Class Brendon Vanzile attach connectors to communications wires. On April 3, a team of Airmen helped lay more than 700 feet of fiber-optic cables to bring high-speed access to the Baghdad International Airport. Ms. Izet is an information technician with a contractor, and Airman Vanzile is a telephone maintenance journeyman with the 447th Expeditionary Communications Squadron.
