ROYAL AIR FORCE MILDENHALL, England -- Senior Airman Charles Cruz sets up a PSC-5 tactical satellite radio here April 1. The PSC-5 supports the Department of Defense requirement for a lightweight, secure, network-capable, multi-band, multi-mission, anti-jam, voice/imagery/data communications capability.
