SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany -- A member of the 52nd Security Forces Squadron emergency service team takes aim at a suspect who attempted to take his commander hostage during a Full Spectrum Threat Response Exercise here Feb. 26. The exercise was designed to simulate how the 52nd Fighter Wing would actually handle a real-world hostage situation, and helped ensure both the precautions and safety measures would be followed.
