YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Airman 1st Class Misty Tate uses a foot shear to slice a metal sheet used to fabricate aircraft parts here. She is assigned to the 374th Maintenance Group's aircraft structural maintenance element. The element is responsible for structural repair and corrosion prevention of assigned C-130 Hercules aircraft here and more than 200 transit planes that stop over yearly.
