MANAS AIR BASE, Kyrgyz Republic (AFPN) -- Staff Sgt. Ross Steffenauer installs a propeller during an engine change here. Airmen and aircraft here from Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, are returning home this week. Dyess C-130s have been deployed nonstop since September 2001.
