Lightning never strikes twice?
GANCI AIR BASE, Kyrgyzstan (AFPN) -- Senior Airman Greg Monroe uses a hoist to inspect lightning damage to the tail of a KC-135 Stratotanker here Aug. 5. The aircraft was struck by lightning twice during its landing approach to Manas International Airport on Aug. 4.
