BAGHDAD, Iraq -- Staff Sgt. Tony Newbern marks the location of unexploded ordnance with a yellow ribbon and notes the coordinates using a Global Positioning System receiver. Explosive ordnance disposal specialists traveling with the Combined Weapons Effectiveness Assessment Team in Iraq report ordnance information to an Army team for detonation.
